How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us as soon as possible toll free at 1-855-217-7136 or via email at [e-mail]. If the item does not already have a tracking number associated with it (i.e. the shipping process has not begun yet), in most cases you can cancel immediately and receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, or is already being prepared for shipment, the order cannot be canceled. The order will need to be shipped and a return & refund must be performed instead. You can request a prepaid shipping label to affix to the shipment and return the item for a full refund once you receive it.
