What is a pre-order?

We offer the option to pre-order items that are currently not in stock, but inbound to our warehouses. This allows you to claim a space in line to get the items that will reach our warehouses and that are in high demand. When you place a pre-order, you pay for the order at checkout. We are unable to place a hold on your credit card so payment must occur at checkout (not at fulfillment). We provide an Estimated to Ship By date: this is when we expect the item to come into stock at our warehouse. After it comes in stock, it can take some time to be processed and prepared for shipment, then 3-5 days to arrive to your provided address. Note, these dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
